Exchanges (within 14 days)
We're happy to exchange your item for another size or a different item within 14 days of receiving your order. The most important condition is that the item comes back in exactly the same condition you received it in: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Every exchange is inspected when it arrives, and items that have been worn, washed or damaged won't be accepted.

How to exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp at 01290026616 or by email at bambelle.eg@gmail.com with your order number and the size or item you'd like instead. Our courier picks up the original item and delivers the new one in the same trip. The exchange delivery costs a fixed 90 EGP, paid by you. If the new item costs more, you just pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund you the difference by InstaPay or mobile wallet (or to your card if you paid by card).

Returns (defective items only)
Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective items. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the defect. Once we confirm it, we'll refund you in full, including shipping. Card payments are refunded to the same card, and cash on delivery orders are refunded by InstaPay or mobile wallet within 10 business days.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships.

الاستبدال (خلال ١٤ يوم)
يسعدنا نبدّلك المنتج بمقاس تاني أو منتج تاني خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الأوردر. أهم شرط إن المنتج يرجع بنفس الحالة اللي استلمته بيها بالظبط: مش متلبس، مش متغسل، بكل التيكتات وفي الباكدج الأصلي. كل منتج بيتفحص عند وصوله، والمنتجات اللي اتلبست أو اتغسلت أو فيها أي ضرر مش هتتقبل.

طريقة الاستبدال

تواصل معانا على واتساب 01290026616 أو على الإيميل bambelle.eg@gmail.com مع رقم الأوردر والمقاس أو المنتج اللي عايزه. المندوب بياخد المنتج الأصلي ويسلّمك الجديد في نفس المشوار. مصاريف توصيل الاستبدال ثابتة ٩٠ جنيه بتدفعها انت. لو المنتج الجديد سعره أعلى بتدفع الفرق، ولو أقل هنرجعلك الفرق إنستاباي أو محفظة موبايل (أو على الكارت لو دفعت بالكارت).

الاسترجاع (للمنتجات اللي فيها عيب فقط)
الاسترجاع واسترداد الفلوس متاح بس للمنتجات اللي فيها عيب. من فضلك افحص الأوردر أول ما يوصلك وتواصل معانا خلال ٤٨ ساعة مع صورة للعيب. بعد ما نتأكد، هنرجعلك المبلغ كامل شامل الشحن. الدفع بالكارت بيرجع على نفس الكارت، والدفع عند الاستلام بيرجع إنستاباي أو محفظة موبايل خلال ١٠ أيام عمل.

إلغاء الأوردر
تقدر تلغي الأوردر مجانًا قبل ما يتشحن.
